For Emmy Rossum, Playing Angelyne was her Dream Role

Emmy Rossum talked with us about her leading role in the Peacock series Angelyne and how as both a producer and an actor this is a dream show she has been working to create for several years.  Rossum shared how the physical transformation into Angelyne helped in embodying her alongside the extensive research and work she did to master everything from the physicality to the voice of her character.  She also shared that one of the biggest challenges of the role was that she was embodying the character over the course of a few decades along with how she approached playing a character from her younger years onwards in different ways.
