Barry Levinson & Ben Foster Detail Their HBO Film, The Survivor

Director Barry Levinson & actor Ben Foster detail working together on their HBo film The Survivor.

Foster shared details on the physical transformation he underwent to authentically represent the true story of a character who was held captive at Auschwitz. Meanwhile Levinson discussed how he created different visual stylings for each time period of the film. The two have a history which goes back a long way, with Levinson having cast Foster in his first feature film and so they both spoke to how this has shaped their collaborative working relationship with one and other and how it influenced the film.
