Colton Ryan on Honoring the Life of his Character in Hulu’s The Girl From Plainville

Actor Colton Ryan discusses how he wanted to honor the life of his character in the Hulu series The Girl From Plainville. He shares how most of what we knew publicly about Conrad was from the end of his life but it was important to capture who he was before and to give him a rich life on screen. He discussed the research he did as well as the sensitivity of telling a story with this topic. Ryan also speaks to how him and Elle Fanning worked together to bring both text message conversations and fantasy moments to life on screen.
